Ethiopian Ardi is grown at 1850-1950 meters above sea level in the Sidamo Region. This heirloom variety coffee is hand picked and sun dried on raised tables for 3 weeks. We purchase this coffee from a local farmer who invests in the community by offering fair wages for the women coffee pickers and farmers in the area.
